THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN CAREY, OHIO
We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment, loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies, ensuring conformance to specifications, recording data, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to stand for 8 hours a day, lift up to 25 lbs, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Start up and stop equipment
- Help to set up the workflow for optimal performance
- Able to use in-process and end-of-line testing equipment and gauging tools
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
- Ensure conformance to specifications
- Mark parts for identification
- Record data
- Able to read and understand written instructions
- Willing to take direction from Supervisors
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required
- Support and participate in EHS objectives
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Injection Molding Operations
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- Willingness to take direction from supervisors
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
